 據瞭解,大多數女性的面部或肢體等部位或多或少存在斑點,所以別忽視了日常生活中對付這些可恨“小東西”的“土”辦法。

  處方一:祛雀斑

  1、每晚用胡蘿蔔汁加牛奶塗於面部,第二天早上再洗去。

  2、30克杏仁與適量雞蛋清混合調勻,每晚睡前搽於面部有雀斑處,次日早晨用白酒洗掉。

  3、將帶根的香菜洗淨,加水煎煮,用菜湯洗臉,堅持使用可以令面部的雀斑逐漸消除。

  4、米醋浸白術,每日搽面。

  5、生薑50克(幹薑減半)入500毫升50%酒精中密閉浸泡15天,早晚擦於洗淨的患處。

  6、桃花、杏花各10克以水浸泡,過濾浸汁,用於洗臉。

  7、將蘋果去皮切塊搗泥,然後塗於臉部,如系幹性過敏性皮膚,可加適量鮮牛奶或植物油,油性皮膚宜加些蛋清。15-20分鐘後用熱毛巾洗乾淨即可。隔天一次,可消除面部雀斑。

  處方二:祛黃褐斑

  1、杏仁(去皮、搗爛)適量,用蛋清將杏仁未調勻,每晚睡前搽臉,次晨用白酒洗去。

  2、柿葉研細末,入熔化的凡士林攪拌為膏,外塗即可。

  3、茯苓(研末)適量,以蜂蜜調和後敷面。

  4、冬瓜適量,搗爛後用其汁塗於面部有斑點處,每日1-2次。或加蛋黃一只,蜂蜜半匙,攪勻敷面。

  5、將人參蜂皇漿、維生素C、E注射液均勻地塗在洗淨的面部,取法國倒膜粉250克和溫水調成糊狀,迅速敷蓋面部,倒膜粉會自行變硬、發熱、冷卻,30分鐘後去掉,可有效減退面部黃褐斑。

  處方三:祛日曬黑斑

  1、鮮益母草適量,取少許的搗汁、早晚塗於患處。

  2、若面部出現日曬後的黑斑,可將牛奶敷在臉上輕輕按摩,2-3分鐘後皮膚收縮;再用檸檬片敷面,黑斑就能逐漸變淡;然後把黃瓜片搗碎拌上葛粉、蜜糖敷在面部,每次5-8分鐘,3-5次後即可消除日曬形成的黑斑。

  3、將番茄壓爛取汁,加入適量蜂蜜和少許麵粉調成膏狀,塗於面部20-30分鐘,可祛斑
